Technology is helping us work smarter at Leeds Fed, is saving us time and helping us to improve our customer service.

Our Customer service Team now have tablets with a clever piece of software called Origin which gives them access to our Housing Management System when they are out of the office. They can access and update information about our customers when they are out of the office. This saves them time and gives a better service to our customers.

Origin was developed by our IT team in partnership with a software company.

At Leeds Federated we are constantly exploring new ways to innovate across the business to improve efficiency and services. We see technology as a vital way of achieving this. We are also improving the online services customers can access through our website as we move towards our aspiration of becoming a ‘Digital First’ organisation.
