This year we launched Customer Service Visits which are carried out by our Neighbourhood Officers.
These are an opportunity for customers to let us know what they think of our services and to talk about their aims and aspirations.
The visits are also a great way to let people know about the growing range of services Leeds Federated offer such as help with money management, our new customer involvement programme, Express Yourself and the drop-in work club and digital hub at our Hugo centre. It helps us link customers to any further support they may need.
The home visits are a great way for us to make sure we are doing the best we can for customers. Finding out what people want means we can reflect this in our services and the work we do in local communities.
