The Challenger Panel is a team of volunteers who work with staff to ensure we put the needs of our customers at the heart of all we do.
This year we asked the Challenger Panel to identify what they feel are the most important priorities for customers. From this we created Customer Focus which outlines our commitment to deliver a great service and follow the principles suggested by the Panel. These are to:
– Provide a great customer experience
– Offer value for money
– Listen and learn; and – Be welcoming and respectful to all
We want our customers to have a great experience when they deal with Leeds Federated and we hope that Customer Focus will help us deliver this. To view Customer Focus click here.
This year the Challenger Panel has also been involved in reviewing Leeds Federated’s service standards, monitoring the organisation’s performance and reviewing the content of formal complaints.
