Each year we publish Leeds Fed’s Accounts and Financial Statements.
This shows how much money we have spent during the year, what we have invested it in and the amount left over.
As an organisation, we are committed to offering value for money (VFM) to customers. We aim to find ways to work smarter and deliver the same, or more services, for less money. Leeds Fed encourages its staff to suggest ways savings can be made across the business, and this year we have saved £365k.
We use the UK Customer Satisfaction Index to measure how our customers rate us. Our current score of 78.2% is above the national average and we are determined to continue improving and foster a culture of excellent customer service across the business.
