We’ve been growing our gardening services after taking on a 5-year contract with Unity Housing.

Our Community Spaces Team now oversee the gardening at 55 of Unity’s communal living schemes and also offer personal gardening services to some Unity customers.

We took the contract on as part of our vision to improve local neighbourhoods and help to make them places that people want to live in.

Unity staff and customers are very happy with the service we provide and we have a satisfaction rate of over 95%. The Unity contract has also enabled us to expand our team with one full-time post created to help us deliver the contract.

Working in partnership to deliver services for other social housing providers is a great way of offering value for money to customers, improving efficiency, and offers a new way of growing our business.
