Elaine Rowe was living in cramped conditions in a two-bedroom house with her four children. She wanted to stay in the same neighbourhood and Leeds Fed helped her move to a four-bedroom house on the same estate by doing a house swap with another resident.
The neighbour Elaine swapped with was under-occupying her home which affected her benefits. The move helped both families find a home that met their needs.
Elaine’s kids finally have their own bedrooms and love their new home.
