Home at last
Janice was struggling to get up the stairs in her flat. She asked for a house swap and we were able to move her into a ground floor apartment. It has made a massive difference to her quality of life.
House swaps (also called mutual exchanges), are a great way for people to move home if the property they are in doesn’t suit them. Usually, it involves two households agreeing to swap homes.
Some customers need more bedrooms for a growing family, want to downsize or, move to a different area.
If you are a Leeds Federated customer and want to swap your home, speak to your Neighbourhood Officer or click here for more information.
