This year, Leeds Fed’s new cleaning team has raised the standard in communal areas.

The experienced team keep corridors and doorways spick and span, litter pick in entrance ways and assess whether carpets and décor need a refresh.

Responsibility for cleaning was brought back in-house after customers said they weren’t happy with the previous level of cleanliness provided by a contractor.

So far, feedback from customers about the new team has been very positive.
