Cynthia Ramsden was invited to a Tenants’ Federation meeting by a friend. She enjoyed it so much that she kept going back.

Today, Cynthia is Chair of Tenants’ Fed which represents the voice of customers to Leeds Federated. She wants to encourage more tenants to join and give their views.

This year, Tenant’s Fed members have taken part in a review of how customer complaints are handled and a project to find a contractor for Leeds Fed’s responsive repairs service. Others are involved with Coins For Communities, a fund which awards grants of up to £2,000 for community projects in local neighbourhoods. There are a variety of initiatives to take part in and new members are warmly welcomed.
